These Terms of Service apply to LuxeOutdoorLiving, a web app for luxury residential entertainment, outdoor living, home media, and lifestyle content creation and publishing workflows.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing all images, videos, captions, hashtags, and post settings in LuxeOutdoorLiving before publishing. Users must ensure their posts comply with TikTok policies, platform rules, copyright requirements, advertising disclosures, and applicable laws.
Design Concepts
Content created or organized through LuxeOutdoorLiving is for social media inspiration and marketing workflows. Design concepts should not be treated as professional construction, engineering, electrical, pool, landscape, architectural, legal, or financial advice.
TikTok Publishing
When a user authorizes TikTok publishing, LuxeOutdoorLiving uses the authorization only to identify the connected TikTok account and publish user-approved content to that account. LuxeOutdoorLiving does not publish to TikTok unless the user initiates or approves the publishing workflow.
Account Access
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their own social accounts and for revoking third-party authorization if they no longer want LuxeOutdoorLiving connected.
Availability
LuxeOutdoorLiving may change, pause, or stop at any time. LuxeOutdoorLiving is not responsible for platform review decisions, API limits, third-party outages, or publishing failures outside its control.
